Foxhollow is a family farm at Crestwood, about twenty miles northeast of Louisville. The beef is 100% grassfed and grass-finished, and pork, chicken, lamb, bison and seafood go out alongside it.
The Foxhollow Market is self-serve. It is open daily, dawn to dusk, and it is also where order pickups happen — so you can come get what you reserved without anybody having to meet you at the gate.
