Pink Elephant is a twenty-seven-acre farm at Smithfield, in Henry County just over the Oldham County line. The farm puts itself about thirty-five minutes from downtown Louisville.
Milk comes through a herdshare — you buy a one-time share of the herd rather than the milk itself — and the cows are grass-fed. New members join through a waiting list form in the Dairy section of their site.
The farm publishes a town and not a street address, so we list the town and leave it there.
