Bryant Dairy sits on Highway 36 at the northwest edge of Omaha, close enough that it barely counts as a drive. Russ and Lori run it, milking Holsteins.
Raw milk and cream are what people come for, with farm fresh eggs when there are eggs and raw honey alongside. Customers bring their own jars.
The farm doesn’t publish hours and doesn’t keep a website — it is listed in the Real Milk and Get Raw Milk directories, and there’s a Facebook page. Call 402-689-0730 before you go.
This ring gets better every time somebody tells us about a place. Send it over — the farm’s name, its town, and where a person can buy what it grows. No fee, no ads sold against anybody, and every link points at the farm’s own page.
