Bottoms is a choose-and-cut farm on John Burruss Road in Forsyth County, about forty-five minutes north of Atlanta. Their own line for it: “We provide the saw, you provide the saw power.”
Trees in the field run four to eleven feet. If you want a Fraser, they truck fresh-cut ones down from North Carolina. Santa comes for photographs.
The season is November 21 to December 19 this year. Thanksgiving week they’re open nine to six Monday through Saturday; after that it’s three to six on weekdays and nine to six on Saturday. Closed Sundays.
