“Fifth-generation family dairy, beef and grain farm in Saunders County”
— their words, off their own page
Beauty View is a fifth-generation family dairy in Saunders County, out from Wahoo. The farm was established in 1876 and they have been milking Guernsey, Jersey and Holstein cattle since the 1950s.
There’s a store on the place and it keeps long hours — eight to eight, seven days. Raw milk and cream, then cheese, butter, yogurt and ice cream made from the same herd, and beef off the farm.
They also run farm tours. The raw milk and cream are listed in the Real Milk farm directory; the phone is 402-443-7240. The farm publishes a town rather than a street address, so we list the town.
This ring gets better every time somebody tells us about a place. Send it over — the farm’s name, its town, and where a person can buy what it grows. No fee, no ads sold against anybody, and every link points at the farm’s own page.
