“Jones Orchard offers the freshest fruits, jellies and jams to Millington, Tennessee”
— their words, off their own page
Jones Orchard sells fruit two ways in Millington: at the Market and Country Kitchen on Highway 51 N, and at the Farm Market over on Singleton Parkway. Pick-your-own runs in season at both.
The fruit list is long — peaches, plums, nectarines, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, pears and apples — and what doesn’t go out fresh goes into jams, jellies, preserves and relishes. Pumpkins come in the fall.
If you’d rather not drive to Millington, they haul into town on Saturdays: the Memphis Farmers’ Market from eight to one, and the Cooper-Young Community Farmers’ Market from nine to one.
This ring gets better every time somebody tells us about a place. Send it over — the farm’s name, its town, and where a person can buy what it grows. No fee, no ads sold against anybody, and every link points at the farm’s own page.
