“The sweet taste of a Texas summer”

— their words, off their own page

Ham Orchards has been growing peaches out east of Dallas at Terrell since 1979, and the market out front is where they sell them. Their own site carried an “Open for the 2026 Season” banner when we looked.

The place runs on the peach crop — mid-May through mid-August, nine to five, closed Sunday. Alongside the fruit there’s homemade ice cream, jams and preserves, a barbecue kitchen and the rest of the farm-market shelf.

They don’t advertise pick-your-own. What you drive out for is fruit somebody else already picked, and a plate of barbecue while you’re standing there.

What comes off it
  • peaches
  • homemade ice cream
  • jams and preserves
  • barbecue
