Heritage Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs are the backbone of the herd, and sausage made to their own recipes is the signature item. Pasture-raised eggs come off the same ground, and pimento cheese, pickles, spiced pecans and dog treats round out the list.
You can buy online, catch them Saturday mornings at the Hillcrest and West Little Rock farmers markets, pick up at the farm in Bigelow or at the kitchen at 1 Allied Drive in Little Rock. Saturday delivery to Little Rock and Conway is free over twenty-five dollars. They are also listed on the Arkansas Local Food Network marketplace. About forty-five minutes west of the city.
