Tom and Gina Brown started the place in 2010. The orchard now runs to more than 2,000 apple trees across twenty-odd varieties, and the picking season moves through strawberries, peaches, apples and then pumpkins.
What doesn’t go out as fruit goes into cider — hard and sweet — along with jams, salsas, apple butter, vinegar and mustard. Eggs, cheese and honey are on the shelf too. There’s a tap room, a disc golf course and picnic shelters on the same ground.
The farm is open year round on seasonal hours, and there’s a small per-person entry fee. Outside picking season, call ahead.
