Apple of My Eye works the Platte City orchard property about twenty-five miles from downtown Kansas City that was run for years as Alldredge Orchards.
The 2026 fall season is posted on their own site: weekends only, from Labor Day weekend — September 5th and 6th — through Halloween weekend, October 31st and November 1st. Saturdays and Sundays, nine to five, with admission required.
Outside those weekends the store keeps its own hours, Tuesdays and Thursdays from one to seven. U-pick apples, cider donuts and seasonal produce are what come off it.
