Keith Biver started this in 1997 on his parents’ forty-odd acres. It is USDA Certified Organic and Real Organic Project certified, with five greenhouses and better than fifteen high tunnels.
Organic vegetables and plant starts — tomato, pepper, lettuce and leafy green, herb, brassica and root crop plants, plus decorative and medicinal ones. Eight area garden stores and nurseries carry the starts as well.
You order online and pick up at the farm Saturday mornings, or you find them at the Land of Goshen Community Market in Edwardsville and Tower Grove in St. Louis. The online store closes between plant seasons — when we looked it read “See y’all next spring,” which is a season cycling, not a farm closing.
