Guilford Gardens is two acres in suburban northwest Oklahoma City, started by Kamala Gamble more than a decade ago. It is a CSA and not much else — spring, summer and fall shares running sixty to ninety members apiece.
A bag of pesticide-free vegetables goes out every Wednesday, delivered across most of northwest Oklahoma City or picked up. Free-range eggs and produce from other local growers turn up in the basket now and then.
