Larry Ressler raises beef, poultry and eggs on pasture at Arcadia, using humane and sustainable production — American Grassfed Certified and Global Animal Partnership Certified, following holistic management practices the family has used since 1985.
Broilers come available spring, summer and fall. Beef is harvested in early fall and sold as wholes, halves and quarters. Eggs run year round, with a thinner supply in winter.
