The Remnant Ranch milks registered A2/A2 Jersey cows at Lexington, south of the metro. The cows are on unsprayed pasture around the clock, supplemented with organic alfalfa while they are milking and hay baled off the farm’s own pasture in winter. No grains, no GMOs.
Milk runs about twelve dollars a gallon, bottled in gallon jugs, with glass available if you ask for it. Pickup is scheduled ahead — you pre-order and they set a time.
