“Creating timeless memories with every visit!”
— their words, off their own page
Two seasons south of Fort Worth at Alvarado. October weekends are the pumpkin patch — Saturday and Sunday, nine to five, admission around ten dollars with children under three free, and that gets you the hayride, the kiddie train, the maze and the farm zoo.
Then the Friday after Thanksgiving at nine in the morning the choose-and-cut opens, weekends while supplies last, with fresh-cut Fraser fir and handmade wreaths alongside. They keep honey too.
They also run hayrides, farm tours, birthday parties and family reunions. Worth knowing: the farm runs a second domain, sunsethilltreefarm.co, as well as the one we link.
This ring gets better every time somebody tells us about a place. Send it over — the farm’s name, its town, and where a person can buy what it grows. No fee, no ads sold against anybody, and every link points at the farm’s own page.
