“Iowa’s Finest Locally Grown Produce”
— their words, off their own page
Grade A Gardens farms nearly thirty acres at Earlham, about thirty-five minutes west of Des Moines, using regenerative practices. It started as a gourmet garlic operation and grew from there.
There are over a hundred varieties of fruits and vegetables on the ground now, plus pastured poultry. Their own line for it is “Iowa’s Finest Locally Grown Produce.”
It sells three ways: the CSA, the Downtown Des Moines Farmers Market, and local restaurants and grocers. They list on-farm events as well.
This ring gets better every time somebody tells us about a place. Send it over — the farm’s name, its town, and where a person can buy what it grows. No fee, no ads sold against anybody, and every link points at the farm’s own page.
