Amié and Jeremy Burnham started Willow Creek in 2020, on the Mississippi River alluvial flood plain inside Baton Rouge.
They graze adaptive multi-paddock and multi-species, and sell grassfed beef — by the cut and by the half or whole steer — along with pastured pork, pastured poultry and organic farm eggs through an online shop.
