The family settled this ground on the edge of Pelahatchie in 2012, in eastern Rankin County about thirty-five minutes east of Jackson, and raised beef and eggs for their own table for eleven years before opening sales to the public in 2023.
The beef is one hundred percent grass-fed and grass-finished and sells by the pound, the half or the quarter. Poultry is pastured on non-GMO feed, and the eggs come off the same pasture. No antibiotics, no hormones, no herbicides, no pesticides.
