“From Field to Bucket”

— their words, off their own page

Pecan Hill is the u-pick side of the Bass Pecan Company place out on Highway 18 at Raymond, twenty minutes southwest of Jackson. Blueberries and blackberries in the rows, a flower patch you cut yourself, and pecans off the same ground.

Read this one carefully before you go. The farm’s own u-pick page says a March 2026 freeze took roughly seventy percent of the blueberry crop, so there is no regular 2026 season — pop-up picking days only, announced as fruit ripens, with the next full season stated as June 2027.

In a normal year the rows are open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, seven to noon, from late May into early July. Shade pavilion, cold water and buckets are provided; shears and a cup come with the flower picking. Check Facebook first this year — the pop-up days are announced there.
