Twenty-eight acres at Pisgah in Rankin County, about forty-five minutes northeast of Jackson. The place was established in 2018 and the milk comes from their Butter Patch Jerseys.
Herdshares are handled through a wait-list form on their website rather than sold off a cooler at the barn, so getting on the milk means getting on the list first. Alongside the milk there are fresh free range eggs, raw honey, whole meat chickens, rabbits, goats and calves.
They host a potluck once a month and it’s open to anybody. No street address is published — the town is what they give out.
