Sorghum Mill Christmas Tree and Blackberry Farm

Edmond, Oklahoma
Ring No. 16Price: free
Near Oklahoma City
Listed free. Nothing on this page was written by us that the farm didn’t say first.

Forty-five acres of Christmas trees, twenty-five acres of landscape trees and four acres of blackberries, all on the same ground at Edmond. That makes it a rare two-season farm — berries in June, trees at Christmas.

At tree time you can cut your own, or take a pre-cut fir, Virginia pine, white pine or Carolina Sapphire cypress. Fresh wreaths, door boughs and stands are sold alongside them, and the drilling, wrapping, loading and tying are done for you at no charge while you have a candy cane.

The tree season opens the weekend before Thanksgiving for early-bird and pre-tagging customers, then runs daily after Thanksgiving. Blackberry picking is early June to mid-July. The farm number is (405) 340-5488.
