“From Our Pasture to Your Plate”
— their words, off their own page
Rhodes Farm started in 2014 on thirty-two acres about seventy miles east of Memphis — the far edge of an hour’s drive, and worth knowing about for what comes off it.
Angus cattle, Berkshire pigs, Dorper sheep and New Zealand rabbits are pasture-raised. The beef is aged twenty-eight days. All the meat is USDA inspected and free of nitrates and nitrites. There are chicken and duck eggs, and unfiltered and infused honey.
Ordering runs through their online farm store rather than a stand, so you buy first and arrange the handoff after.
This ring gets better every time somebody tells us about a place. Send it over — the farm’s name, its town, and where a person can buy what it grows. No fee, no ads sold against anybody, and every link points at the farm’s own page.
